✦ Synopsis


Method of designing a modified Chebyshev bandpass filter with controllable transmission zeros in the stopband is described. A novel compact structure of this kind of filter with a transmission zero located at higher stopband for LTCC implementation is proposed. The filter has promising potential applications in miniaturized wireless communication systems.
