Abstract
This paper describes a novel microstrip bandpass filter with transmission zeros in the stopband, low insertion loss in the passband, and compact size, which is achieved by giving two or three transmission paths to the input signals. The demonstrated filters are designed, fabricated, and tested. Theoretical and experimental results are presented. Β© 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract Method of designing a modified Chebyshev bandpass filter with controllable transmission zeros in the stopband is described. A novel compact structure of this kind of filter with a transmission zero located at higher stopband for low temperature coβfired ceramic implementation is propose
A novel microstrip transversal bandpass filter is proposed by replacing the full-wavelength resonator with two shorter resonators; in order to achieve simultaneous spurious response suppression and dual zero implementation. These two zeros can be easily tuned by the above resonators. A prototype fil
## Abstract A microstrip bandpass filter using a dualβspiral configuration is proposed. Unlike conventional filter topology, this filter is integrated directly within 50Ξ© microstrip lines. The filter has a simple configuration, and compact size, and is easy to fabricate. Two transmission zeros clos
## Abstract This paper presents a new compact and simple microstripβpatch bandpass filter structure using only one resonator. This filter has two transmission zeros on the both sides of the passband. The volume of this filter is about 1/3 or 1/2 of a conventional filter. Because the new filter is w
## Abstract New microstrip low pass filters with low insertion loss, ultraβwide stopband and transmission zero are presented by using triangular patch resonator with fractal defection. With such defection and a certain parallel feed method, undesired responses and harmonics are effectively suppress
