## Abstract **Weich hilft hart**: Die Titelreaktion zwischen Thioamiden und __N__‐(Diphenylphosphinoyl)iminen nutzt die kooperative Katalyse einer weichen Lewis‐Säure und einer harten Brønsted‐Base, um Thioamid‐Kohlenstoff‐Pränucleophile in Mannich‐Produkte zu überführen (siehe Schema). Folgereakti
