Oil, protein, ash, carbohydrate, iodine value, fatty acid and sterol compositions were studied in 46 aboriginal Arachis hypogaea cultivars originating from Bolivia. The oil and protein contents varied between 440 and 547 g kg~1 and 242 and 547 g kg~1, respectively. Results showed a lower protein con
