✦ Synopsis
The b1Sigma+g-X3Sigma-g (1,0) band of 16O17O, 16O18O, 18O2, 17O18O, and 17O2 isotopomers was investigated employing the technique of cavity-ring-down spectroscopy. More than 400 transition frequencies of magnetic dipole lines were determined with a typical uncertainty of 0.01 cm-1. This work results in new or improved accurate molecular constants for the excited b1Sigma+g, v = 1 state of all isotopomers and for the X3Sigma-g, v = 0 ground state of 17O2. We investigated the resonant magneto-optic spectra of the electronic band b 1 S / g -X 3 S 0 g of the oxygen molecule. The theoretical analysis was made on the basis of the Zeeman effect of the magnetic-dipole transition. The oxygen molecules were assumed to be subjected to an externally applied mag
The oxygen b 1 S / g -X 3 S 0 g electronic spectrum (the atmospheric system) has been recorded at high resolution in both emission and absorption on the same Fourier transform spectrometer but with independent calibration methods used in each case. After correction for the known pressure shift of th
The Doppler-limited absorption spectrum of the vibrotational lines in the A 3 P 1u R X 1 S / g system of I 2 was measured in the region from 11,200 to 12,450 cm 01 using a Ti:sapphire ring laser. The Q-branch lines of J Å 10 to 100 belonging to the £ R £Љ Å (26 Ç 45) R 0Љ, (19 Ç 45) R 1Љ, (16 Ç 45)
High-resolution intracavity laser spectroscopy (ILS) absorption measurements have been made on the b-X oxygen electronic transition (the A-band) which has bandheads occurring in the region of 13 165 cm -1 . The positions of the lines were determined to an accuracy that is based on calibration with I
