A case of sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy is reported in which the patient had higher than expected antibody titers against the Epstein-Barr (EBV) and rubella viruses. In addition, high anti-EBV titers in family members physically separated suggest an altered immunologic reactivity
