This method will be useful in other areas of cancer research for determining the risks associated with the handling of cytotoxic drugs. Most importantly, the presence of trace levels of IF, CY, and their metabolites can now be related to mutagenic effects by comparing data of sister chromatid exchan

โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
The metabolism of oxabolone cipionate, 17โ(3โcyclopentylโ1โoxopropoxy)โ4โhydroxyestrโ4โenโ3โone, a synthetic anabolic steroid, was investigated in man, the cumulative urinary excretion and the metabolism of the compounds being studied by GCโMS in both electron impact and chemical ionization modes. After administration by injection to volunteers, five different metabolities were detected in urine. The metabolites and the parent compound were detected in urine up to a week after administration.

The analysis of complex mixtures, such as essential oils requires high resolution chromatographic separation and even the use of very efficient columns cannot prevent the overlapping of certain peaks. This means that it is very difficult to obtain high quality mass spectra when the sample contains n
A simple capillary GC-MS method for the determination of melatonin from tablets is proposed. Melatonin (N-acetyl-5methoxytryptamine) was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after extraction from ground tablets with ethyl acetate and derivatization with N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyl-heptaf
