✦ Synopsis
In the centrosymmetric binuclear title compound, [Cu 2 (C 13 H 11 Br 2 N 2 O) 2 (NO 3 ) 2 ], each Cu II atom is five-coordinated by two phenolate O atoms, one nitrate O atom, one pyridine N atom and one amine N atom in a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal CuO 3 N 2 environment. The CuÁ Á ÁCu separation is 3.207 (4) A ˚.
