The title compound, [Ni(C 19 H 20 N 2 O 2 )], is mononuclear. The Ni II atom is four-coordinated in a square-planar configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of the Schiff base ligand. The molecule possesses crystallographic mirror symmetry.
