The positive polymer, Cat-Floe, was used for colloid titration. Colloid titration with Cat-Floe was not affected by pH between 2 and 12. The polymer combined with heparin, forming a flocculant, and the binding was shown to be stoichiometric by gravimetric analysis of heparin-sulfur. Results showed
