โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
A half Eโshaped patch antenna is analyzed using equivalent circuit model based on modal expansion cavity model. The antenna shows almost 50% reduction in size with the same performance as achieved by full Eโshaped patch. The proposed theory is verified by simulation and experimental results. ยฉ 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract In this article, the analysis of a symmetrically notch loaded stacked circular disk patch antenna is carried out. It is found that the bandwidth of notch loaded disk antenna depends directly on the notch dimensions. Bandwidth of the notch loaded patch is found to be 27.89%. Stacking of
## Abstract The analysis of half circular disk loaded with symmetrical notches is presented based on circuit concept. The bandwidth is found to depend on the parameters of the notches as well as the width of the central patch. Theoretical results are compared with the simulated results obtained fro
This paper presents the characteristics of a half bowtieshaped, meander-type antenna for broadband impedance bandwidth. The design was based on a modified meander line and a bowtie shape with coaxial feeding. The maximum measured impedance bandwidth (ฯช10 dB) was approximately 1.5075 , or about 23.8%
