## Abstract In this paper, a multiโband compact Hโshaped microstrip antenna is studied. The resonant modes of the Hโshaped structure are analyzed using the concept of electric and magnetic walls at the planes of symmetry. A flexible design approach that allows the preโselection of the resonant freq

Abstract
Analysis of Hโshaped patch is carried out using equivalent circuit model. It is found that the antenna exhibits dual resonance behavior which is very sensitive to the dimensions of the notch. The theoretical results of proposed method are compared with experimental and theoretical result reported earlier using FDTD method. Comparison with other reported results justify the veracity of the proposed method. ยฉ 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A noยจel compact circular polarization CP design of a single-feed equilateral-triangular microstrip antenna with a Y-shaped slot is presented. The Y-shaped slot is cut in the patch with its upper two arms facing either the triangle tip or the bottom side of the triangular patch. Results show that, wi
## Abstract A broadband microstrip patch antenna with Uโshaped parasitic elements is proposed and analyzed using equivalent circuit theory concept. The effects of gap between the main patch and the Uโshaped parasitic elements, substrate thickness, and the feed point location are analyzed to obtain
