An amperometric enzyme electrode for the determination of aspartame in protein-free samples has been constructed. It is based on the coimmobilization of an aspartamehydrolyzing enzyme, aspartate aminotransferase, and glutamate oxidase on an Immobilon membrane. The electrode response is linear from \
