✦ Synopsis

The Sn IV atom in the title compound, [Sn(C 6 H 5 ) 2 -(C 10 H 12 N 3 S)Cl]ÁC 2 H 5 OH, exists in a cis-trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. The Cl and imino N atoms occupy the axial sites.
