UV Absorption study of the phase transit
✍ Nobuko I. Wakayama; Sanae Matsuzaki; Masagi Mizuno πŸ“‚ Article πŸ“… 1980 πŸ› Elsevier Science 🌐 English βš– 247 KB

The UV absorption spectrum of a TP smgle crystal IS measured between 297 and 77 K. The UV spectrum shifts to hyhcr encgy as the temperature falls. The temperature dependence of the UV absorption spectrum mdrcates that a disphcwe transltlon occurs rather than an order-disorder one III a TP crystal.

Autoionization of higher excited states
✍ Ryuzi Katoh; Masahiro Kotani πŸ“‚ Article πŸ“… 1992 πŸ› Elsevier Science 🌐 English βš– 411 KB

It has been found that higher excited states, populated by two-photon absorption, ionize with an effkiency which, in the energy range of 5.3-6.4 eV, is independent of the energy of the excitation. This behavior is similar to that observed in sequential twostep excitation (exciton photoionization) an
