A novel algorithm has been implemented within our new semiconductor device simulation program TESSA that allows large signal periodic time-domain simulation to be performed by integrating over just one period of the excitation. Conventionally the need to integrate out initial transients, over many c

โฆ Synopsis
An active harmonic load-pull setup with the possibility to measure the inner voltages and currents is presented. To overcome stability issues, the realized setup uses open loops with synchronized generators for the 2 nd and 3 rd harmonic. Application examples show transistor-model verification and influences between harmonic matches.

radial stub has been presented. Although the curvilinear FDTD gives quite accurate results, it leads to larger computer requirements than a simpler staircasing approximation. Indeed, depending on the geometry of the metallizations, the mesh constraints can be a serious limitation. The method is more
## Abstract In this article, an RFID tag antenna etched on a grounded substrate is designed and tested. It takes two differentially connected photonic band gap elements. For each differential port, tag's reflection coefficient in frequency domain is transformed from two measured time domain wavefor
We developed a simulation tool that combines a frequency-domain simulation engine and different nonlinear device modelling approaches. Among these, we focus on a novel technique based on vectorial large-signal measurements. We show the hard practical implementation of the analytical solution and pro
