✦ Synopsis

We developed a simulation tool that combines a frequency-domain simulation engine and different nonlinear device modelling approaches. Among these, we focus on a novel technique based on vectorial large-signal measurements. We show the hard practical implementation of the analytical solution and propose an accurate procedure based on optimization.
