✦ Synopsis
Abstract
A new three‐way power divider that provides equal power split over a wide bandwidth implemented on a single‐layer printed circuit board (PCB) is presented. It can be easily extended to an arbitrary number of output ports. The proposed power divider exhibits fairly good performance validated by measurement and simulation. Measured results show that the three output ports across the bandwidth from 1.8 to 10.5 GHz for 10 dB return loss are attainable. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract In this article, we propose a new wideband impedance‐transforming three‐port power divider using lumped elements. Instead of a π‐network used in the conventional lumped Wilkinson power divider, an L‐type matching network is employed in the new design, which keeps quality(Q)‐factors low
## Abstract In this paper, a small‐size semi‐lumped three‐port power divider with both power and frequency tune is designed and measured. The proposed topology uses complex impedance transformers in each output branch. A 3D CPW prototype is realized with varactor diodes. It exhibits a wide tunable
