## Abstract A convenient gas catalytic process has been developed for the synthesis of radioactive alkali cyanides on micro or semimicro scale. The carbon content of barium carbonate used as starting material can be quantitatively transformed into potassium cyanide in a simple process.
Two new routes to 2Π,3Π-dideoxy-2Π-C-methylene nucleoside followed by thermal elimination of phenylsulfinic acid. The second route involved a condensation of a silylated base with analogs have been developed. The first is based upon the coupling reaction of a 1-O-acetyl 2-C-(methylphenylsulfinyl) a
## Abstract Radiolabeled forskolin was synthesized by acetylation of deacetylforskolin with ^14^Cβlabeled acetic acid in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. Separation of labeled forskolin of greater than 97% radiochemical purity was achieved by HPLC with a reversedβphase column. The synthesi
