β¦ Synopsis
In a recent approach proposed by the authors; an operator level language has been proposed for the remote control of power systems topology. The implementation of this language requires modelling the complex switching constraints and the operator logic of reasoning in a form adapted for automatic processing. This paper presents a method for modelling these constraints and discusses its advantages.

## Abstract The PV array has a unique operating point that can supply maximum power to the load. This point is called the maximumβpower point (MPP), and is located on the output characteristics of the array. The locus of this point varies, nonβlinearly, with the unpredictable variations in the sola
A fuzzy logic controller is designed to implement variable series capacitor compensation in the transmission network of interconnected power systems. This compensation scheme is one of the most widely accepted as a solution to limitations created by overstretched generation and transmission systems.
