✦ Synopsis
In the title compound, C 14 H 8 Cl 5 O 3 PS, the six-membered dioxaphosphorine ring exhibits a boat conformation with the S atom in an equatorial and the trichloromethyl group in an axial position. The benzene rings are oriented at dihedral angles of 17.77 (15) and 19.47 (19) with respect to the mean plane of the heterocyclic ring.

In the title compound, C 23 H 14 ClN 3 O 2 S 2 ÁC 6 H 5 ClO, the mean plane of the thiazolopyrimidine fragment makes dihedral angles of 64.26 (11), 77.70 (10) and 49.70 (18) with the two attached phenyl rings and the 4-chlorophenoxy fragment. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O-HÁ
