In the title compound, C 23 H 14 ClN 3 O 2 S 2 ÁC 6 H 5 ClO, the mean plane of the thiazolopyrimidine fragment makes dihedral angles of 64.26 (11), 77.70 (10) and 49.70 (18) with the two attached phenyl rings and the 4-chlorophenoxy fragment. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O-HÁ Á ÁO and intramolecular C-HÁ Á ÁN hydrogen bonds, as well as by weak stacking interactions.
