✦ Synopsis

The structure of the title compound, C 14 H 10 N 8 S 2 , comprises two 1-phenyl-1H-tetrazole-5-thiolate units linked by an S-S disulfide bridge. The C-S-S-C torsion angle is 81.9 (1) . C-HÁ Á ÁN hydrogen bonding, with CÁ Á ÁN = 3.413 (4) A ˚and C-HÁ Á ÁN = 147 , link the molecules into supramolecular chains in the crystal structure.
