Abstract

Hypoioditreaktion von (20__S__)‐20‐Hydroxy‐5α‐cholestan‐3β‐yl‐acetat (4) und nachfolgende Jones‐Oxidation ergibt in einer Ausbeute von 18% (20__S__)‐3β‐Acetoxy‐20‐hydroxy‐5α‐cholestan‐18,20‐lacton (9b). Daneben entstehen durch Fragmentierung 17β‐Iod‐5α‐androstan‐3β‐yl‐acetat (7), 17α‐Iod‐5α‐androstan‐3β‐yl‐acetat (6) und 20‐Oxo‐5α‐pregnan‐3β‐yl‐acetat (2b).
