## Abstract Es wird ein neuer Weg zur Darstellung von Phenthiazon‐Verbindungen angegeben. Durch Oxydation von 3.7‐Dichlor‐ und von 1.3.7.9‐Tetrachlor‐phenthiazin mit K~2~Cr~2~O~7~ in siedendem wasserfreiem Eisessig werden, unter Abspaltung eines in __p__‐Stellung zum Stickstoff stehenden Chloratoms
