## Abstract Die Darstellung von Di‐[pyridyl‐(2)]‐acetylen, [Pyridyl]‐(2)]‐[pyridyl‐(3)]‐acetylen und [Pyridyl‐(2)]‐[pyridyl‐(4)]‐acetylen wird beschrieben. Durch Hydrierung dieser Verbindungen mit Lindlar‐Katalysator in Methanol lassen sich __cis__‐Dipyridyl‐äthylene gewinnen.

Abstract
A series of thiazolyl‐oxazoles, most of them having the structural feature NCCN of 2,2′‐bipyridyl known to form metal chelates, has been synthesized by condensation of α‐halogen carbonyl compounds with thioamides of oxazole‐carboxylic acids. The latter were obtained by the method of CORNFORTH and by preparing successively their esters, amides, and nitriles.
