## Abstract Die durch oxydativen Abbau des natürlichen (+) ‐Capsanthins und natürlichen Capsorubins (bzw. der aus diesen Pigmenten bei der Oxydation entstehenden __cis__‐(+)‐1,2,2‐Trimethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐cyclopentan‐1‐carbonsäure) entstehende Camphoronsäure ist die (−)‐ Camphoronsäure, identisch mit de
