Es wird über die Synthese einiger neuer 9‐substituierter Purinderivate berichtet, die von Pyrimidinabkömmlingen ausgeht, die in 4‐Stellung eine sekundäre Aminogruppe tragen. Gleichzeitig sind Substituenten in den Stellungen 2; 2,6 oder 6 vorhanden.
