Abstract

Durch die Umsetzung von Oxy‐, Thio‐ und Silylestern organischer Säuren mit Aminen oder Silylaminen wird gezeigt, daß die Reaktionsfähigkeit von Aminen durch Silylierung herabgesetzt wird. Damit gewinnt der Trialkylsilylrest Bedeutung als Aminoschutzgruppe bei Peptidsynthesen.
