## Abstract __N__‐Trialkylsilyl‐aminosäureester lassen sich durch Umsetzung von Aminosäureestern mit Chlorsilanen und Triäthylamin oder durch Umsetzung von Aminosäureester‐hydrochloriden mit Aminosilanen bzw. mit Chlorsilanen und Triäthylamin in guten Ausbeuten gewinnen.
