## Abstract Das untersuchte Ö1 von Eucalyptus dives enthielt 35% Piperiton, das sich mit Ferrichlorid in einer Ausbeute von 90% zu Thymol oxydieren ließ. Bei neutraler Permanganat‐oxydation wurde Diosphenol erhalten. Ferner wurde in dem Öl Terpinenol‐4 und eine Oxysäure C~18~H~34~O~3~ aufgefunden.
