Oktober 1968 Aus den 2-Hydroxy-phenylhydrazin-hydrochloriden 1 ag und Benzylidenacetophenon werden 1-[2-Hydroxy-phenyl]-3.5-diphenyl-A2-pyrazoIine ( l ag) hergestellt. In Abhangigkeit von der Substitution der Verbindungen 1 ag konnen bei gleichen Reaktionsbedingungen die Benzylidenacetophenon-2-hydroxy-phenylhydrazone 3a und 3 b als Zwischenstufen isoliert werden. -Im Gegensatz zu I .3.5-Triphenyl-A2-pyrazolinen fluoreszieren 1-[2-Hydroxyphenyl]-3.5-diphenyl-Az-pyrazoline nicht. Acetylierung der Hydroxyl-Gruppe fiihrt zu fluoreszierenden Verbindungen 4a-e. 1 4 2 -Hydroxyphenyl) -3,S-diphenyl-Az-pyrazolines 2-Hydroxyphenylhydrazine hydrochlorides I ag and chalcone form 1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3,5-diphenyl-Az-pyrazolines (2a-9). The isolation of chalcone 2-hydroxyphenylhydrazones 3a and 3 b depends on the substituents of the compounds l a -g . -1,3,S-Triphenyl-Az-pyrazolines show fluorescence, 1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3,5-diphenyl-A~-pyrazoIines d o not. Acetylation of the phenyl group leads to fluorescent compounds 4a-e.
