Abstract

  1. An Hand von optisch aktivem Ausgangsmaterial wird die threo‐Konfiguration des Erlenmeyer'schen β‐Phenylserins ohne Angriff der Asymmetriezentren bewiesen. Dies geschieht einerseits durch Überführen von (+)‐threo‐β‐Phenylserin in L‐(+)‐Mandelsäure, andererseits durch Überführen von (−)‐threo‐β‐Phenylserin in L‐(−)‐Phenylalanin.

## Abstract Die Röntgenstrukturanalyse zeigt, daß im Nardosinon (**1**) der 1,2‐Dioxolan‐Ring in __cis__‐Stellung steht. Die Bildung des Nardofurans (**3**) aus Isonardosinon (**2**) verläuft daher unter Retention der Konfiguration an C‐4.
