## Abstract Es wurde die Kinetik des Bleichprozesses untersucht. Als Versuchsmaterial dienten erucasäurefreies Rapssamenöl und die Bleicherde Tonsil Optimum FF. Ausgehend von den erzielten Ergebnissen wurde ein empirisches Modell der Kinetik des Bleichprozesses entworfen, das gut anwendbar war.

The binary system SMP-PPP is shown in Fig. . There is a clear indication of a 1 : l molecular compound from the shape of the melting curve. The existence of such a complex was confirmed by X-ray data (differences in long-spacings and differences in relative intensities). Thus the molecular compound is an a-form contrary to PPP, which is a &form. Furthermore it shows a long-spacing of 48A, close to that of SMP, and different from pure PPP. The eutetic behaviour is less pronounced than that of the diagram How can the occurrence of a molecular 1:l compound promote the polymorphic transitions in PPP when small amounts of SMP are present? It is rather obvious that PPP-SMP will form a dimer with four chains, with the polar region in the center of the bilayer. The melting point of this dimer is about the same as that of pure PPP. Its presence might provide nucleation regions for the transition by the mere presence of heterogeneous surfaces.
