Acyclische Allyldiole niit ihren funktionellen Gruppen in 1,6-bzw. 1,7-Stellung konnen durch Protonen zur Dehydratation in der Allylstellung unter Bildung entsprechender monocyclischer Ather angeregt werden [l]. Die Synthese des Rosenoxids aus 2,6-Dirnethylocten-3-diol-Z,8 [Z] stellt das bekannteste
