## Abstract Die Weiße Biotechnologie verwendet Mikroorganismen und Enzyme, um chemische Produkte herzustellen. Daher nimmt der Bedarf an neuen Enzymen als Biokatalysatoren für die Biotechnologie‐Industrie stetig und schnell zu. Vorgestellt wird die Isolierung neuer Enzymgene, die Konstruktion von E
