The laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectrum near \(281 \mathrm{~nm}\) of 1,4-benzodioxan has been studied in a supersonic jet, and dispersed single-vibronic-level fluorescence spectra have been obtained following excitation into 18 different \(S_{1}\) levels. Fundamentals have been determined
