โœฆ Synopsis

Vibrationally resolved photoelectron spectra of Se: and Te: in their ground states were measured using a newly constructed high-temperature supersonic molecular beam source. Ionization potentials and fundamental spectroscopic constants for the molecular ions were obtained.

## Abstract The presence of three fundamentals in the 545 cm^โˆ’1^ region of the vibrational spectrum of sulfuryl fluoride has been confirmed from the Raman spectrum of the liquid. Evidence for the occasional formation of a metastable crystalline form upon solidification of SO~2~F~2~ has been gathere

We predict that the action of recently revealed mixed quadratic nuclear potential terms in degenerate ground electronic states may lead to infrared and Raman activation of vibrational modes previously classified as inactive as well as to unexpected Raman depolarization ratios. In conjunction with JT
