Vernal and atopic keratoconjunctivitis are ocular allergies which may result in debilitating visual sequelae. Refractory cases which fail to respond to traditional anti-allergy medical therapies may benefit from novel medical approaches. Moreover, advanced inflammatory surface disease with scarring
