While gas discharges under atmospheric pressure occur as filamentary discharges, most studies on plasma polymerization, or plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition, were carried out in low-pressure (low-temperature, nonequilibrium) plasma. However, it is reasonable to assume that the fundamentals of plasma
