## Results of the previous paper (I) with the same title have been extended to the cases of the pion-nucleon and nucleon-nucleon scattering problems. Especially, the generalized Froissart-Goebel theorem can be shown to hold valid for these cases.

โฆ Synopsis
This paper treats some essential results obtained by the authors in quantum field theory with infinite multiplets. The explicit expression of the matrix of finite Lorentz transformation is found. The interaction of infinite multiplets is studied and its specific properties are shown. The quantization of fields with infinite multiplets is considered and the existence of big free local fields with normal connection between spin and statistics is shown. The generalized Feynman rules are formulated.

Scattering and absorption of pions by a nuclear target are treated together in a coupled channel theory. The theory is developed explicitly for the problem of pion scattering and absorption by a deuteron. The equations are presented in terms of the integral equations of three-body scattering theory.
The question of the vanishing of renormalization constants Z, and Z, as conditions for compositeness is looked at once more both from the viewpoint of dispersion theory and field theory. Careful consideration is given to the formulation of the idea of a composite particle as one for which there exis
