Al&lam et Fields ont propose une extension symttrique de la formule classique de Pfaff-Saalschiitz. Suivant la technique dCvelopp6e par Foata, on propose ici un modele combinatoire symetrique pour etablir cette extension. Al-Salam and Fields have proposed a symmetric extension of the classical Pfaff-Saalschiitz formula. Following the technique developed by Foata we give a symmetric combinatorial model to prove that extension.
