✦ Synopsis


Abstract

A new series of 10-phenyl-7,9-dihydro-3__H__-furo[3,4-b]pyrazolo[4,3-f]quinolin-9-one derivatives has been synthesized through an efficient multicomponent reaction of tetronic acid, 5-aminoindazole and various aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by copper(II) triflate under ultrasonic irradiation.
