Abstract
^1^H and ^13^C NMR assignments of the two isomeric epoxysitosterols, 5,6Ξ±βepoxyβ5Ξ±βstigmastanβ3Ξ²βol (1) and 5,6Ξ²βepoxyβ5Ξ²βstigmastanβ3Ξ²βol (2), isolated from the leaves of Rhododendron formosanum Hemsl were achieved by 1D and 2D techniques such as DEPT, HMBC, HMQC, COSY and NOESY.
