## Abstract An acetylcholine (ACh) biosensor has been fabricated with bienzymes/poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) multilayer filmโmodified platinum (Pt) electrodes by a layerโbyโlayer technique (LBL). The ACh biosensor was optimized and the properties are described. This ACh biosensor w
