Abstract

The ^1^H and ^13^C NMR spectra of eledoisin, an antidiuretic hormone, were studied by twoโ€dimensional NMR techniques. All the ^1^H and ^13^C NMR resonances were unambiguously determined from a combination of the 2D homoโ€ and heteroโ€nuclear NMR spectra.
