## Abstract We present the prenatal twoโ and threeโdimensional (3D) ultrasound (US) findings in two cases of severe penoscrotal hypospadias. 3D sonography was used for better definition of ambiguous genitalia. The images were compared with postnatal clinical features. Despite hypospadias being the
