## Abstract We report two cases in which we describe the impact of sonography (US) in the management of vasa previa. In the first case, with two‐dimensional US, the diagnosis of vasa previa was made at 21 weeks gestation. In the second case, using three‐dimensional US, the diagnosis of vasa previa

Abstract
We present the prenatal two‐ and three‐dimensional (3D) ultrasound (US) findings in two cases of severe penoscrotal hypospadias. 3D sonography was used for better definition of ambiguous genitalia. The images were compared with postnatal clinical features. Despite hypospadias being the most common urogenital anomaly of male neonates, the diagnosis is often missed before birth. Performing prenatal ultrasound should include the study of genitals, not only determining the sex. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Clin Ultrasound, 2011

## Abstract We describe the 2‐dimensional and 3‐dimensional multiplanar sonographic diagnosis and characterization of isolated hepatic cysts in 2 fetuses. Two‐dimensional imaging of a fetus at 36 weeks' gestation revealed 2 right upper quadrant cystic masses anterior to the gallbladder, demonstrati
The aim of this study is to evaluate the sonographic characteristics of alobar holoprosencephaly (AH) in utero. Seventeen cases were diagnosed at 16-30 weeks' gestation by two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound from October 1994 to December 1998. In this series, the prenatal prevalence was
## Abstract The purpose of this article is to describe the use of three‐dimensional sonography as an adjuvant to two‐dimensional sonography facilitating an earlier and more definitive diagnosis of Jeune and Jeune‐like syndromes in the second trimester. We report two cases in which three‐dimensional
## Abstract We report the prenatal diagnosis of 6 cases of Prune‐belly syndrome in the 2^nd^ trimester. The sonographic diagnosis was based on the findings of oligohydramnios, renal anomalies, and a lower abdominal cystic mass representing the abnormal dilatation of the bladder on conventional 2‐di
In this report, we describe 3 cases of pentalogy of Cantrell diagnosed prenatally with sonography. All 3 fetuses had an omphalocele and ectopia cordis; 2 of them also had craniorachischisis, in which the open cranial defect (anencephaly or exencephaly) is continuous with the completely open spine (s
