The experimental results for a high-Q tunable MMIC bandpass filter designed and reported earlier are presented. Experimental results demonstrate a 16% tuning bandwidth, with the filter offering unloaded Q-factors more than 1200 o¨er a 1 GHz tuning range. ᮊ 1999
