✦ Synopsis
Abstract
True tracer radiolabeling, purification, and analysis of a gadolinium complex of HP‐DO3A (10‐(2‐hydroxy‐propyl)‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclo dodecane‐1,4,7‐triacetic acid) was achieved by the reaction of carrier‐added ^153^GdCl~3~ and excess free ligand. Two analytical methods (ITLC and HPLC) were developed to determine the purity of radiolabeled samples.
